Apartments in Yeadon for Rent

"Me and my partner booked a two night stay for a special birthday, we decided to book what we thought to be a posh hotel and pay a little bit more unfortunately there was nothing posh about it just the prices. We arrived and the front of house staff all seemed lovely. We were given the keys to our room and on entering it was the most bleak depressing grey room I’d ever stayed in it was shabby nothing matched and it was in no state to be let out especially not at near enough £400 for 2 nights the window had a massive gap in it and was hanging out which we did complain about because it was a danger and I thought it was going to fall out it was noisy and cold with the wind blowing in the first night they had put filler in it by the second night. The tea tray had 2 teabags on it so one each you would expect a decent tea tray in the Hilton. Hardly any channels worked on the tv and to be honest the less time spent in that room the better. We had booked breakfast and evening meal the evening meal on the first night was absolutely rubbish I ordered a pasta dish it just looked like a plain bowl of pasta with 2 prawns chucked in then they added charges at end for a meal we had already paid for so felt pressured to pay it even though we didn’t even use the £35 allowance they also added onto a bottle of £4.50 water the woman at dinner was pushy and rude we didn’t return the second night. The only decent thing was the breakfast. But from our experience rooms and building need overhauling. "

"Arrived at hotel, room lovely looking forward to relaxing. Unfortunately we were not able to do so due to some workmen making noise on next floor. We were not told this would potentially be an issue when we checked in. Otherwise nice hotel, good location "

"Lovely clean room with character which has been tastefully refurbished. As soon as you enter this beautiful hotel, the lovely smell makes you feel relaxed. What a gorgeous hotel and nice to see this historic building being kept alive. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Easy parking and within walking distance to the city centre. We loved our stay and will be back soon!"

"The Crown Hotel in Harrogate is very tired. Worn carpets. Worn and scratched furniture. Creaking floors with every step (literally). Duct tape on the carpets in the Bronte room. Stains on carpets in my room. The furniture in the "executive" suite was worn and scratch ed - honestly in need of replacement. The staff are great! Friendly, welcoming and doing the best they can in a hotel that needs updating. Almost every stair carpet is worn away at the nose of the tread. The paint on the wall in our room was bubbled and peeling in places. This hotel needs a several million GBP renovation. "
