"On Sunday 23rd August, I arrived with my daughter and granddaughter to the property, I had booked the cottage for them, as we live in the village and they were coming to visit us from Kent. We were greeted by overflowing rubbish bins with flies and an awful smell, which was just to the left of the front door, we entered the property and were hit by a smell of cooking grease and rubbish.
