“The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.”

“Wonderful location to the convention Center. The Staff was very professional and effusive. Daniella our check in clerk on Wednesday was absolutely wonderful, She was so friendly and professional. The hotel has a restaurant which is great and the food was delicious. Parking was across the street but there is a covered walkway from the Hotel to the parking deck and price for the parking was very reasonable.”

“The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The big screen TV was nice. The living room was comfortable. The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double. The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed……

“Parking is easy, secure, and plentiful. Everything is nice, although the rooms could use a bit of updating, and my room was very dark. There were two lamps. One sat in the far corner, but I couldn't use it, as I needed the outlet for my stuff. The second was between the beds. One bulb wasn't working, and the light didn't add much to the room. ”
