"Great place to stay"

"Very nice room"

"Me and my family enjoyed our stay!! Will stay again!!!"

"Very nice staff and very clean rooms"

"Staff is amazing and definitely would stay again"

"Rooms are a little on the shabby side, but clean and comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful. Great location for easy access to food and key sites."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I were pleased with the room we stayed in. Overall it was a pleasant stay.. thank you"

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hallways flooded bugs everywhere, bed was horrible, sheets smelled like body order, absolutely no amenities,no ice machine. People arguing, police on the property. Smelled like marijuana. Do not stay here."

"Great experience all around."

"Staff was great and it was close to fairgrounds"

"Super friendly staff, clean for an older hotel, worth the stay, close to many places just a short drive away. "

"Close to the Knsas State Fair Grounds. This one night was perfect for economy. The manager was welcoming. And bed clean and comfy. The property is dated. The pool clean. Near by Burger place delivers. Thank you."

"Had to put down $100 hold on room to make sure you didn't damage it. Found dead bug on floor. Room was okay. Can tell they are remodeling."

"The house was exactly as advertised. Cute and welcoming"

"Very inviting with nice personal touches. It felt like we were walking into our own home."

"Not a good experience. The only good reviews appear to be fake. The bathtub/shower didn't work. No water. There was a large hole in the bathroom door. An electrical box hole in the wall next to the TV was un-repaired and stuffed with paper. There was a large open hole in the hallway exposing piping (might explain why there was no water to the bathtub) When there is a notice posted by the front door "requiring all Law Enforcement to check-in with the office before contacting residents" - it's not...

"Great basement apartment to stay in. Very well maintained. Hosts are very helpful if needed. Definitely recommend."
