"Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep."

"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. "We loved our room which overlooked the river. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with overcoming the language barrier. It is really hard deciding on which ryokan to go to but if you're looking for a more intimate and traditional experience, this is a great option! They had a private onsen in our room, public baths seperated by gender, and four private baths as well. All of the facilities were beautiful and very clean!"
