Food is really good. Buffet style.

This is the best place my family has ever stayed. It was clean and comfortable, the hotel was modern with the most amazing views. The staff were all so nice and when they saw us Checking in with our 5 year old they brought him his own robe and slippers for the onsen. We are going to make it a point to come back here.

We stayed at Midtown for a week and it was great. They make it really easy to get around town with the free shuttle that runs on a frequent & consistent basis. Their ski room was clutch, saved us a ton of room in our actual room. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to coordinating a bus to take us back to Sapporo, scheduled a small internal shuttle to take us to the Welcome Center in time. The room we had was a twin bed, but it was organized really well and we never had any issues with...

Everything perfect! Excelent service

room has only heat no room temp control working in winter, i guess! Room was spacious and beautiful several restaurants were just a few minutes walking distance all connected under one building

This hotel's location can't be better. Close proximity to the canal, art museums, the popular shopping street and bus access. Pleasant one night stay.

Great room with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei ! Just could not get enough of that . Food options were great too since I do not eat authentic Japanese food . And the Onsen is wonderful .

My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious and very quiet, also the room service food was well prepared and fresh, and served very warm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient without a car I think (we had a hire car from "nikoniko" car for 5K/day from Sapporo (definitely the best way to get around IMHO, and not that much more expensive than a bus/ taxis - could even workout cheaper and we had...

飯店離小樽運河很近，也有免費停車位，對自駕者是很棒的優點。房間比我預期的還有乾淨&舒適，房間設計簡潔和備品、睡衣都有搭配，很喜歡會想再來住！

Extremely helpful staff, and spacious room!

Awesome stay.

Very nice atmosphere. I liked bigger bathroom, separate toilet. Stuffs are nice, great breakfast.

Hotel staff were accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Easy vannservis in call for mountain any time from 8:30am-11am and 3-5pm daily - just a WhatsApp text and 10 minute drive away

The staff was very helpful

The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of fresh Japanese and Western dishes and beverages. Outstanding! The public bathing area was beautiful and well-equipped. The hotel itself is clean and conveniently located to the shopping district and the train/bus station.

Awesome kitchen, room, set up for skis boots and shoes, love the heater to help dry wet snow gear Only challenge is communication ahead of time, if the WhatsApp contact was shared earlier, then that would have been really helpful because the email doesn’t work, can’t call the international number when already out of country, but WhatsApp works, thanks!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality...
