“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality...

The staff was so helpful for everything we needed.. we wernt used to this kind of accommodation at all and even spilled some drinks in the lobby, who h we felt terrible about but they made us feel okay and that it wasn’t an issue.. everything wa a lose by includeding the bus stop.”

“The corner suite was ideal as we had a large patio on the first floor. The backyard setting was beautiful as we sipped our morning beverage outside. The private onsen was perfect as we looked out onto the greenery. The staff was outstanding from the time of check in to check out. Both the dinners and breakfast (we stayed two nights) were outstanding, and we enjoyed every bite. The town itself is small and outside of some hiking, there isn't much to do. But if you're looking for a true get away...

“お値段が安いのでそんなに期待していなかったのですが(失礼🙏)客室は古いですが、きちんと綺麗に保たれており、ロビーやレストランやラウンジなど素敵でした。 スタッフの接客もステキな笑顔でよかったです。 夕飯、朝食のビュッフェも大変満足いく内容でした。 ただお風呂が階段で下に降りて行く作りになっていて、手すりはありますが高齢者や子供には危ないと思いました。 高齢者の親抜きならば、個人的にはまた何度も行きたいです。”
