"Front desk staff were not very inviting, no hello when we said hello, no good morning when we said good morning, not even a smile or a thank you. I am disabled and I had my own shower chair but we forgot the screws to put it together so it was a relief that the hotel offered one. Breakfast was good but for me who is in a wheelchair found it very hard to get around to get my own food, hardly any space and no designated area for me to sit and eat, found myself constantly saying I am sorry because I was in the way. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner is a great addition but it was disgusting! All 3 bottles were full of mold and mildew on them. I will say I loved the way the hotel smelled! I asked the hotel staff what the scent was but i was ignored. The bright market was so cute but the food items were dusty. "

"The facility is older and almost a bit rustic. The room was absolutely immaculate and although a bit “bare bones,” the bathroom was updated. Common areas, such as the lobby, were comfortable and inviting. Great coffee! Accommodating staff. Would consider staying there again."

"We have stayed here for 4 years and haven't had any serious issues in the past. This year was terrible, breakfast hours seemed to have changed, very limited selection. The noise at night was unbearable, informed the front desk on 2 occasions, they didn't seem to care how we felt. It didn't all directly come from neighboring rooms but they contributed. Tvs shouldn't be on high volume in the middle of the night. The hallway down the old section is very noisy up until 2-3AM. By the time front desk would be alerted and walk that far it'd be pointless. If we stay again we will request a room in new section or near lobby as the noise level is quiet in evening. Clock by bed made noise when trying to charge phones, the outlets on clock didn't work with phone chargers, lamp on desk didn't work aside from plugs. Outlet situation has always been a problem here. Shower handle loose and noisy. Aside from that comfy beds great water pressure and friendly staff! "
