“Excellente expérience ! J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour faire une pause sur mon trajet Nantes → Bruxelles, que je ne pouvais faire d’une traite. Son emplacement est parfait : à deux pas de l’autoroute, mais assez éloigné pour éviter toute nuisance sonore. La chambre, rénovée récemment, n’a rien à envier à celles des hôtels de chaîne type Mercure (j’en ai testé certains bien moins confortables… pour un prix bien plus élevé !). Propreté, modernité et confort au rendez-vous. Le petit déjeuner est à la……

“The room was clean and tidy.”

“The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed……

“Summer heat dome...I guess what...there was AIR Acconditioning and a FRIDGE! (Not even some 4 stars have fridge!) what a surprise! Room was clean, all amenities available, and above all great helpful staff. Location great as it suits the traveller that needs carpark at an amazing room price. I wouldn't switch from Premiere Hotels Chain. Enjoy your stay!”

“The room was tiny, without any decoration, just bare walls. It felt like we were staying at a monastery. We chose the hotel for the location, right on the cathedral square. We had warning that there’s no parking at the hotel, but no warning that it’s completely inaccessible by car. I had to park five blocks away and walk to the hotel to check in, and ask for instructions where to park. The closest public parking structure, at the Cathedral Parking, was very difficult to find. Don’t count on……

“Not a very welcoming place. Faced with a significant travel delay I contacted them to advise of potential larrival but latest staff there would be was 10.30. No attempt to suggest a solution, but they could have if they wanted to. Fortunately I arrived in time. Of course I wanted dinner but no attempt to assist in advising where to go. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Just so rude.”
