“Our stay at Rancho Cera Azul was fantastic! Perched just on the edge of town, we enjoyed our own private cabin with a beautiful, secluded back porch and hot tub! The cabin was beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and thoughtful details throughout. The grounds are stunning, filled with lush gardens and a lovely short hiking trail leading down to the river out back. The bar and restaurant were top-notch, the food was amazing! “The staff was so friendly, and it was an exquisitely beautiful setting. If you have mobility issues, this is not your place - the stairs are steep, and getting to the loft is with a straight up ladder - but if you can deal with the stairs you'll be fine, and it would be an amazing place for a family with kids. The road down to the river is well-maintained, and I enjoyed the relaxed hooting of the howler monkeys on my walk.”
