The hotel staff were welcoming, and made dinner and cab reservations for us. The hotel has a lovely Swiss vibe, and we had a clear view of the Matterhorn from our room. Had a terrific experience at this hotel.

The building is quite old, but it wasn't a problem at all. Essential amenities like hot water, water pressure, and Wi-Fi were more than sufficient. The front desk staff provided flawless service, and they even offered us a ride to the station. It was a wonderful stay.

I loved the amenities with the sister property. The staff was beyond helpful, the ride in their electric car from the train station was very needed. Loved the property, the location and will definitely stay there again in future travel.
