Breakfast was not free, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There are water taxi’s for cheaper, but the hotel’s water taxi was convenient and took the guesswork out of not knowing what to expect.

Nice place, not worth overpriced stuff
Nice quiet town close to Venice.
It is convenient to other cities, i.e. Treviso. But there is really no place to go from the hotel without a car.
