“Upon arrival we were assigned a room on the fourth floor after being told that the elevator was out of service. The pool was also out of service and items in the gym were also broken and/or missing.”

“Rooms were clean but the outdoor area with pool was not. The outdoor bathroom was unusable. The worst part was the exit out to the pool area was littered with cigarettes overflowing the ashtray with butts and ashes all over the ground.”

“Everything was clean and smelled good. The bed was so comfy and Tasha at the front desk was so professional and sweet. She has a 5 star customer service in my book.”
