“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “We’ve stayed here passing through for a night a couple times and would stay again. Beds were cozy, shower was surprisingly pleasant and spacious (no weirdly high or low pressure or getting pelted by a few streams of water!) and check-in was quick and efficient. The room seemed clean for the most part, but some things (like sections of caulk in the bathroom that were black) need a little TLC. It seemed like some aspects of the hotel were updated but others were more worn out. Breakfast was……
