“I got spider bites while sleeping. I left my pillow there and had to call back several times to have someone tell me if they still had it. I did however, get my pillow back. Front desk staff was personable and kind. Like most hotels there is a big disconnect in communication between front desk and cleaning staff.”

“I had booked a room at Fair Bridge Inn Express online which apparently was Days Inn according to there billboard signage.....a little confusing when trying to find the hotel. We arrived kinda late, the gentleman behind the counter was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We were extremely tired so unpack and sleep was on the agenda. I pulled back the covers off of my bed and there was several hairs on the bottom sheet. I stripped the bed, put the dirty sheets on the floor in a corner and……
