“I made a booking for this house but a day before my trip the house I was staying in got swapped for another after the cancellation period. We arrived at the property and it was unclean with a smell of cigarettes, rotting chicken and rotting vegetables. The sheets were not clean, the tub was dirty and the toilet was filthy. All the provided cookware such as mugs were disgusting. It was such a bad smell that we couldn’t sleep so we left at 3 AM”
