"I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to...

"The place was so clean and the set up was amazing. It was gorgeous, beautiful view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. everything was convenient to get to. A great location. They had everything you need plus more"

"This condo was the perfect stay for the two of us, there was everything we needed and more. The location of this place was very convenient to the rest of the west side of the island. The grocery store was in walkable distance and we used bikes to get around to beaches because the docking station was at the end of the block. The condo had everything we needed to assist us cooking food. This place has great views of the costal line along with mountain views!"

"When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths. This is unacceptable and no partial refund was even offered. This was a problem they had known about prior to our arriving. The place was clean, centrally located and...

"We had a fabulous day at this condo. It was roomy and conveniently located. It was super clean with the best equipped kitchen that we’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to air-conditioning. We wish the table and chairs inside were a little comfier, but the outside chair is more than made up for it. We would happily stay there again."

"The physical property and grounds are very good. It's a great place to stay while staying on the island. Check-in was a challenge. The door code was not updated from the prior visitor. So the code we were given was not the same. Kudos to the employee who called us back quickly and solved the problem. But after a long flight and dealing with this in the dark, it was not the best start to the stay."
