“Nice folks, clean rooms”

“The bathroom was laid out well, not crowded. The beds were reasonably comfy, everything clean. Good light. It was a comfortable stay.”

“The room was clean, the staff was helpful, kind and attentive. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was central to what we were there to do and the Mexican restaurant nearby was good. We had a minor issue that was resolved quickly. The only issue that was concerning was the outdoor entrance of the facility is unlocked at all hours which is a safety concern being close to the highway as it is.”

“We have stayed at this hotel ever summer for the past 5 years. We were airing up tubes to float the Illinois River like we have every year, the lady who works at the front desk had an opportunity to be professional and ask us not to stop, instead was extremely rude and disrespectful. We’ve never had a problem before. If she had been respectful and made us aware would have respectfully stopped and gone elsewhere lake we did anyway. We asked for an explanation and received an unprofessional……

They were professional and very helpful. We were able to check in early with no extra fee and we were so relieved….
