“Room, lobby and breakfast area of hotel were clean. The are near the elevators were dirty due to guest spilling or dropping things on the floor. Advised front desk and they addressed the issue immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“I recently stayed at the Red Roof in Norwich and was genuinely impressed. I previously stayed at the Hilton/Hampton nearby for nearly $200 a night, but this was half the cost and honestly a much better experience. The room was nicer, the property was well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for excellent value without sacrificing quality, this is the spot. 10/5 stars.”
