“Bed really needed replacing. The hotel was incredibly noisy. We had road noise and other guest noise on three side plus the hall. Past 3 a.m.”

“When we checked in, we were the only clients in the building that night. The restaurant had all of the chairs upon tables, even after they were open. There was only one waitress, who was very surprised to see us. We did eventually only order an appetizer which was pizza fries, but when our food arrived, it was a cheese pizza cut into dipping strips. The first thing I encountered in our room was a spider on the toilet paper. The shower control only had raging hot for its temperature. We were……
