“The room was small as a closet and it was a 2 feet box hanging on the wall with 2 hangers on it that was what they called a closet no chairs for sitting except a tiny shower chair by the vanity by the front door next to the shelf with the 2 hangers on it. Now the he bathroom was alright but when we closed the door it only closed 3/4 it was the wrong size Literally a small door and I could fit my head through it and talk …Wow !!! For $238. we left and got a refund for 1 day not both ….and there……

“I checked in well after the standard check-in time and found my room still very dirty, almost like it was recently used. There was visible dirt on the towels and the shower floor was wet. I found dead bugs throughout the room & when I moved the couch, I found fast food sauce packets & other trash behind the couch. The flooring throughout the entire building was buckling and missing in sections. Just a bad vibe in general with the whole place.”

“I was so beautiful clean and roomy. The bed was Amazing the sitting area was so inviting and comfortable it was like a mini apartment … this stay will Always be worthwhile !!!!!”

“Terri at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked to have a room on a lower floor. The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay.”

“We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). We had to keep the lid off of the back of the toilet tank in order to manually flush it every time.
