“The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for food. Parking was right up front. Breakfast was good as well although it was only available for one day, they were transitioning kitchen staff. The patio is awesome.”

“Our room was dirty. There was visible mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The carpet and pull out couch were stained and dirty. My son slept on the pull out couch, so I requested extra bedding. The room phone did not work, so I went to the front desk three times over about four hours before receiving the bedding. The customer service was very poor. Two or three times I went to the front desk, nobody was there and I had to go out to the parking lot to find them. Each time, the employee was……

“My husband and I booked this for our anniversary. This by far is in my top destinations we have traveled. The cabin was very nice and clean. The check-in process was seamless. The nature trail was great. I feel refreshed and I had a reset. I will be spending more time at the cabins.”

“This property is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Run down, doors did not close properly. I had to use all three lock items just to feel safe. It’s more than an extended. Stay hotel but run down pretty bad. Also had trafficking posters all over the property. I kept my pistol with me just to feel safe in my room. Only positive thing was the lady that was at the front desk. She was very helpful but other than that there was no amenities no garbage can no soap for $68 a night.”
