The building was clean and modern with lots of natural light and pleasing colors. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was also a great size. The elevator worked quickly and the breakfast was quite nice. The next time we have a stay over in Hays, we will return.”

“The breakfast crew was very rude and disrespectful. As soon as breakfast started and it was set out they went and stood right next to the food hands crossed starring at everyone's plates. They spoke Spanish to each other about how much food were on people's plates and saying rude things. I travel often and never had I ever experienced this. Sucks because the location was good and the room was decent but that experience alone made me never want to go back to that hotel it was too expensive to not……
