Also the bar did not open til 6pm....we would have liked to have had a cocktail when we checked in at 4 or 5 prior to leaving for the function we had to go to. Overall very nice hotel."

A day before checking in, I called the hotel and spoke to Rachel requesting an early check in, if they were able to accommodate it. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my family and other families traveling with our team had an easy and smooth process. We also requested a late check out, which they had no trouble accommodating. The hotel is clean and in a great location. We had a great experience and will be back! "

It's such a beautiful room but the options there are so limited if you want to just relax and have a drink or small bite in the afternoon. I was there with my family from 3pm - 5pm and we managed to get coffee and one iced tea but it was not as easy as you'd think for such a lovely room and bar."

Our room on the third floor smelled like dirty socks unless the AC was on. The thermostat only worked when it wanted to.
