I checked in and was told that I could ask the front desk to carry my bags up to the third floor…the elevator is out but there was not any push to have someone fixing. In fact, it looked like it had been out for a while. There was hair on the floor of my shower, the towels were unraveling, tiny, and dirty looking, and the carpet was spongy. The bar/restaurant is the best part of this hotel."
