“While the staff and the hotel itself was good. We were in a room directly next to the elevators and the WiFi did not work in the room at all. We needed it for work while we were there. It was awful having to work from our hotspots because the AP (access point) on our side of the building wasn’t working and they never got it up and running. It sucked and made us leave a day early. ”

“Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. The biggest letdown was the view - as vou can see in the photos, it's basically a parking lot with a dumpster area. There's no atmosphere, no appeal, nothing you'd expect from a Marriott property. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and completely……
