“We were on the 3rd floor and no elevator. We are senior citizens and no help was offered to carry 2 50 pound suitcases up. You check in on floor zero so have set of stairs just to get to floor 1 and then of course LOTS of stairs to get to floor 3. Not a good hotel for seniors or disabilities. ”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”
