“Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. ”

“We arrived early for check in so our suite wasn’t ready, but the staff provided us with a welcome drink, changing facilities and looked after our luggage whilst we went straight to the beach! “Overcrowded and noisy hotel. It's not peaceful place. Breakfast is just ok. Hotel plays music till 11 and even if you want to sleep in your room music won't be stopped. MLM group events happen everyday and staff is unable to handle them. These Groups stay in hotel for one day and next morning they start there team building exercises@5:30 am. You can hear it all while you are in your room. Bad hotel to stay for peaceful or relaxation holidays. ”

“The location was beautiful but it had its flaws. We travelled from outside of India and hoped to stay in a clean resort and enjoy our time as we attend a wedding. The staff ensured us upon arrival that they only serve filtered water bottles in the rooms. Our room had a water bottle with mold overgrowth in it which was consumed by us unknowingly. My partner had severe stomach issues the next day and had been suffering from nausea and diarrhea for 2 weeks. We both also have had sinus infection……
