There is major construction happening next door, so that was loud, and no AC, though we did find a window unit in the closet that saved the day. There were also stand fans. There is a garage space included, but it is for a very compact car, so plan accordingly. Overall, the apartment got the job done. Amazing? No. Good enough, yes.
