“We had a great stay at Ladera! The view is everything you can imagine and more. The staff was so respectful, kind and on top of everything you need. We didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes when we called for anything. There were some small complaints but Yvette and her staff went above and beyond to ensure they were resolved… even upgraded our room! The resort tries their best to manage bugs by spraying nightly and as needed but of course, you are in nature so be aware bugs are still in abundance……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20).
