“Great rooms”

“This is a low end hotel. Relatively clean although they did no house keeping of our room while we were there (2 nights). Breakfast offered was not good and we ate elsewhere. There was a large group of people outside grilling from a trailer. I cannot recommend this hotel.”

“We stayed two nights and I'm pretty sure I didn't sleep either night....The beds were like sleeping on the ground, not comfortable at all.....You had to ask for towels for the pool and they were like a small bath towel....”

“I had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. I made reservations for my daughter’s master’s graduation on May 2, fully expecting higher rates due to events at the University of Alabama. While I understood the premium pricing, I did not expect to pay three times the usual rate for such poor conditions. I was especially careful in selecting a hotel that would accommodate both myself and my mother, who has MS. After driving over six hours, we arrived after 8 PM only to be assigned……

“Pool not open during 80 degree weather”

“The beds were nice, but the sheets and covers were stained. The bathroom/barn door was too small for the opening. The floor was not vacuumed very well. The coffee at breakfast was empty by 8:40 and they did not refill.”

“After traveling four hours and expecting to have accommodations available, the management had canceled my reservation and then was untruthful as to why, claiming they had tried to call me numerous times. When asked what number they called they quickly admitted that they did not have my phone number. My family and I were without accommodations and had to scramble close to 10 PM to find somewhere to rest… Absolutely unacceptable.”

“I rented two rooms for two nights One of them king and one of them two queens King: no hot water in the shower, sheets were clean and bed comfortable, smelled so bad of cleaner that made both people in the room sick. Staff very friendly. 2 queen- floors were sticky and dirty, shower hot, bed clean and comfortable, overall was not cleaned well, smelled of cleaner and incense was burned right before we arrived. While the price was good, we won’t be staying there again. ”
