“We had a great stay here while in Kallithea. The staff was very helpful with recommendations, service, and conversation. the bartenders were all very attentive and it's nice that they provide snacks with your beverages. The room was very clean and everything worked great, including the air conditioning. We really enjoyed the location as it was close enough to walk, but far enough where you didn't get noise. The pool is charming and very clean, definitely worth a swim in. We would return here the……

“As we arrived after the reception closed, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to provide us with the check-in procedure. He explained how to get our key and gave us our room number. He also gave us some local recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the electric blackout blind was fantastic. A few more pillows would have been welcome. When we requested a taxi the following day, one of the team members offered to take us wherever we needed to go, which was really……

When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. The listing mentioned a Nespresso machine, but it was communal, old, and malfunctioning. Additionally, the people hanging out at the entrance (likely family of the owner) were loud, playing cards, and while this isn’t inherently bad, it didn’t reflect……
