“We were concerned about the “holiday inn chain”, because in USA is a 💩💩, but this place is amazing, including room, staff, cleaning and great breakfast!!”

“Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.”

“A lovely setting. Clean facilities. Checking in was problematic as the host had no registration facilities. We never received the email link to check in online causing the host considerable anxiety. Matters were not helped by the host only speaking Spanish.”

Sin embargo tiene varias oportunidades de mejorar: el internet es pésimo; la ubicación es malísima, está en las montañas, bastante lejos de todas las cosas que hacer en San Sebastián; en la habitación, como somos una familia de 4, no había un solo espacio disponible para ni poner las maletas; el baño en lugar de pared, tiene una puerta de vidrio, o sea que si alguien entra al cuarto de baño o a ducharse, se ve totalmente desde la habitación; me……

“La calidad del buffet para desayunar es regular ya que frecuentemente la comida estaba templada o fría. El jugo de manzana tenía restos de naranja. La variedad de alimentos es nula ya que todos los días se sirve lo mismo. El personal de recepción intolerante y mal encarado. Solo un chico muy amable pero el resto de las chicas con poco criterio y groseras. La limpieza en las habitaciones podría mejorar. La lavandería es una excelente opción en el hotel”

It was a bucket list item for myself. Will return.
