“The room is clean, friendly staff, breakfast is not bad. I would stay again.”

“Variety of breakfast choices. Fruit was looking a bit tired. Place is needing some updates but overall the staff makes up for it. Has security and cameras. Street noise is a bit loud. Expect what you pay for it”

“Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation.”

“The room was absolutely gross, the hallways dirty, elevators dirty and carpets were all stained. We walked in and walked out and did NOT stay here. ”

“We were greeted as right away, the room was clean and had nice Welcome Home pillow cases on the bed. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.”

“The staff was very helpful in that they retrieved a ball that my boy got stuck on the rooftop. I was surprised that they did this. Too bad there was no restaurant in the building, however overall it was a good experience.”

“The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. Main floor hallways absolutely reeked like cigarette smoke, hotel needs to hire someone to upgrade/fix their HVAC system because the ventilation in there is awful. 1 of the 2 waterslides was down for repair with no notification whatsoever which was unfortunate because it was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel, for my kids to enjoy them. The pool deck is a death trap, absolutely deadly slippery once the water gets on……
