“Our family had a great stay here ! What stood out most about this hotel was the incredible manager. Every interaction was positive—helpful recommendations, quick responses, and warm smiles throughout our stay. It’s clear Tim takes pride in the motel and making guest feel special . We stayed and skied next door at pats peak . The location could not have been more convenient . The fire at night in the cozy common room was perfect and breakfast at intervale pancake house was amazing . We stayed……

“It was nice and clean. The ambiance was extremely cozy. The staff were very nice and super attentive. This is perfect for those of us that needed to get out of the city and into a quiet, peaceful escape. Truly reccomend it!”

“This was a nice place to stay, 22 minutes from Pat's Peak. We skied there as a family then went out to the Common Man Restaurant which is 3 minutes from the hotel, there was a pool and free breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, I'd stay there again. The staff was very friendly.”

“Bed is too soft. Room is very spacious for a queen bed. Breakfast has hot doods provided which is good. Just a one nite stay is ok.”

While it’s clear the property is older, it is well maintained. The rooms are very basic and amenities are minimal, but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming, and we would stay here again.”
