We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. "Almost everything was good, the staff were very helpful. The only thing was the room, we got our number by text, we went to the front desk, they activated our bracelets to go in the room, we got our access to the room and 1 hour later a family open the door, they give them the same room as us and also the access with there bracelets to our room, crazy, deactivating ours, we had to go back to the front desk to activate our bracelets again. We only got half of a toilet paper for all our stay and they didn't clean the room meanwhile we were there. Also the pools need a little of maintenance daily, because every time we went to the waves pool we saw the same bandaid floating around for days."
