We arrived before 4 and the front desk took our info and put us on a text list if the room was ready sooner. The shuttle to universal was so appreciated. It had been years since last visiting and forgot how hilly it is. Ran about every 15 minutes and until close of the park. Staff here were wonderful and we would definitely stay again. Would note that anyone traveling who hasn’t made reservations for airports Flying in to Burbank is much closer. Was about $100 to uber from LAX with dynamic pricing vs 30."
