When you check in you are told rooms are not fully serviced every day unless you specifically request. This means they will only empty the bins and replace any used towels. No bed-making, cleaning up the bathroom facilities, or even replacing coffee pods. They have no problem doing the full service, just remember to ask them to do so. Their breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was very nice. Walking to the Disney Downtown District took about 15 minutes at an easy pace, but you can also pay for a city shuttle. I'd stay there again, no doubt.

I liked the convenience/merchandise store and how close the facility is to Disneyland. The room was a little cramped but everything was overall clean. I also liked the soap was Dove and not some weird brand I have never heard of.
