The room is relatively clean. The hallways and staircase are dirty and definitely not hygienic. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot and hallways in the middle of the night. Stayed here just to sleep for the night.

The surrounding area was dirty & looked run down. The room was big but carpet was dirty; the couch looked dirty with stains! A couple lights weren’t working! The AC was VERY OLD & NOISY! Thank goodness I was only there for 1 night!

If you are looking for a cheap hotel close to knotts and Disney this one was very good. However, walls were thin and there was a homeless person hanging outside of our room right in front of the elevator. Very awkward.
