Casa on the bluff is a modern, clean, and beautifully appointed downtown rental. Private and surrounded by nature, this unit is within walking distance to most of Anchorage's popular destinations. Coffee shops, grocery, coastal trail, downtown dining/shopping are all within a few minute walk. The museum, train station is a few minute drive, as well as many other local activities. Unit is entirely private with a large deck overlooking a park: feels like you are in a tree house.
Casa is a lower unit of a duplex. We do live in the upper unit so you might hear some noises but we don’t do dance parties and try to go to bed on time :)
There are some stairs to get down - let us know if you need help with your luggage. There is no access to the garage but there is a designated guest parking available and you may also park on the street if you have a bigger vehicle.

We are on the edge of Downtown Anchorage. This means you get the privacy and quietness of a neighborhood home, yet all the amenities of being just a few minute walk to discover all the fun things to do and see in downtown.

Bus, Uber, Lyft, along with taxi service are all at your fingertips.

- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- Do not attempt to access unit above - it's a separate property with people living in it.
- Garage is not available for the guests: do not attempt to get in.
- Small pets might be allowed (we love pooches) - please contact us prior to booking
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
