“The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Our stay was lovely, the beach was perfect. Having the dock was so nice as well. We made use of the kayaks and paddle boats. We loved our little weekend trip and it was perfect! The only minor suggestion would be to add one pan/tray that can be used in the oven. We ended up purchasing disposable ones so it was no big deal at all, just one small suggestion. 10/10 suggest if you’re looking for a relaxing stay right on the lake. Kathi was also……

“Husband and I came to Michigan to pick cherries. We live near a city so coming here was a wonderful way to connect back with nature and to also unwind from the busy life and nooses of everyday life. Shannon was very communicative. This place is honestly a nice private getaway to destress and get some quiet in life. There are also really good local restaurants nearby and u-pick farms to pick fruits straight from the farm. ”

It was a good central location, not too far from areas like Mackinac Island, Petoskey, or Traverse City, and there were plenty of things to do locally as well, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities. No light pollution whatsoever, so just going out on the balcony and looking at the stars was a joy. The home itself was very comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again.”
