“Great location if you are wanting to travel around Northern Michigan. Cute town with a convenient grocery store, Mammoth Distillery Lounge and great little pizza place. Check in was easy, but no personal communication from owners. Only automated messages. Unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floor and some laundry in the dryer which was strange. Unit did not have as many beds as advertised so I’m glad we didn’t need more. AC unit was incredibly loud and not very efficient. Had to……

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. When I arrived, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were stained. Those are basic housekeeping standards that should never be overlooked. To make matters worse, every time we used the sink or……

“We were told by Expedia that it had a Pool. We had a vbro it was canceled. Expedia help us to get money and match our needs. But the pool was not usable nothing else offered in amenities. We were looking at. 3 days, was the reservation. Had to accepted it since the time we were totally needed a place. But the prices for anything else. jumped. 3x what vbro. Offered. I advise check out what they offered. Yourself. Price is why we accepted the place”
