“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We ended up checking out two days early because of a change in our work schedule. I only requested a refund for the one unused night, and both Expedia and the front desk initially indicated that this should be possible, pending management approval. After a long process, management ultimately refused the refund. That was extremely frustrating and left a very poor impression. There were also several issues with the room and property. “This was the most unpleasant day I've ever experienced overpriced, cafeteria, restaurants, closing at odd hours the hotel charging you ridiculous incident fees in cash and then becoming a very big problem to retrieve your cash up on checkout for $200 to have a room that the TV didn't work and a in room refrigerator that the light wouldn't stop flickering is pretty ridiculous”

“Had a genuinely terrifying experience with no follow up from Hotel staff to make it right. I had a serious security incident. At 11:30 PM while I was asleep in my room 204, a front desk staff member, entered without me hearing any knocking, without notice or vocalizing who he was, and without my consent. I never received a call or email from the front desk saying their was an issue. I received no warning until my door was opened. This was unacceptable on every level and I am certain scared more……

“This is a clear cut resort stay. Not the most modern but if you're looking for a quiet place with more than just basic amenities then this is your place. The room has more than average space and is cozy. This is a great place to come back to after you've checked out the local restaurants and scenery.”
