The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its……

Cozy space that’s perfect for 1-2 people, super close to Soquel, Capitola, and Santa Cruz, if you feel like leaving, and if you don’t, one of the patios, the hammock, or your room with the windows open so you can hear the creek are ideal for decompressing.”

“Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time……

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
