“My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇”

After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. “It was amazing, perfect and exactly what we needed for our family beach get a way! Ideal location, and amazing layout for our little family of 5! (2 adults, 3 kids) Short distance from the beach, as well as other stores/businesses. Three TVs in cottage was perfect for us all during down time to recharge! 10/10 would recommend. The staff are so kind and helpful. Definitely will be returning ! ”

“The most important amenity to us was the A/C. The cottage had an A/C unit in every room. There was space to relax. The bed was comfortable. The blanket was soft and nice. The shower had good pressure. The fridge was a good size for our needs; which wasn't much because we were at the beach or out and about most of the time. We were very close to the beach and shops and dining options. The only downside was the unpaved end of the driveway at the end. We did notice there was a different cottage...

"hice el Check in como a las 5:30 pm, el hotel se ve viejo, pero la habitacion que nos asiganron, habia goteras, las paredes del bano muy sucias, el pasador de la puerta principal la medra podrida ( sin seguridad) tuve que cancelar el hotel y llevar a mi familia a otro hotel , empezare a hacer el tramite de rembolso, por las MALAS INSTALACIONES QUE TIENE ESE HOTEL tengo el comprobante de ese hotel, el comprobante del otro hotel que rente y el video con las condicones que se encontraba el cuarto Andres Olvera andresolveratexas@gmail.com"
