“Our stay overall was nice. The room was quaint as was the complex overall. Parking is limited which makes it bit of a struggle to then have to find street parking. Which can be a little ways away and if not careful or familiar with where to park can cost you a parking ticket. There is no cart to load your luggage so pack light. Host was very nice and responds quickly. Room was very cozy. Rooftop was nice. Pool isn’t temperature controlled if you want to swim. We did enjoy our stay. ”

“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually……

“Very clean, as advertised with amazing view including view from pool on top floor. Host kept in contact and very responsive even during outage with water system in residence due to city construction. Definitely will be coming back. ”

“Clean, next to Target, 10 minutes to HEB, many restaurants nearby, close to MD Anderson. Ground floor apartment with walk-in shower perfect for persons that can't get into tub or climb stairs. Very comfortable beds. Quiet apartment complex. Great communication with host. ”

“its really close to a lot of the attractions we were going to, beds were not comfortable and didn't have a clean feel, pictures were a bit deceiving making it look much nicer than what it is,, oh and the heat and cooling situation was very confusing. other than that it was good for the price, management was responsive, location was great.”
