"They couldn’t find our reservation even though we paid in advance. The place was under construction while we were there and had no warning about it. There was black mold in the bathroom. The free breakfast was not worth being free, we went out every morning."

"Staff was very unwelcoming and inconsiderate. One staff member was helpful, the other was not at all accommodating to room my family near each other for our stay. Our first room had a leaky sink, an awful smell, and neighbors who were making noise at 1am. New room was better. Breakfast in the morning was nice, but pretty much everything else was majorly subpar."

"Some staff seemed bored while others seemed more enthusiastic and helpful Bed sheets were stained Recommend bringing your own towels to avoid charges for replacing them if they're stained Almost $200 to replace a stained bath towel"
