"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. Staff for check in and check out couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!! "

"You won’t regret booking this delightful boutique hotel. It’s clean and cute with upscale fixtures and services. While I would not consider this a “Spa”, they did have hot tubs available for private use. And you might need one if you actually swam in the ocean. The setting is lovely. The facility is sparking clean, recently remodeled, and the staff was kind and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the charming town of Melville~Franceville.
