"No Air conditioning during the brutal heatwave. The main reason I booked this hotel was for air conditioning. Front desk gave us a fan. Miserable stay. It was cool in the reception area so no urgency"

On a noisy road so not possible to leave windows open at night; no air conditioning unit, just a fan. The curtains are not blackout, so an eye-mask and ear plugs are desirable. ..."
