“The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. ”

“Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. Wir haben an der Rezeption sogar Ausflugstipps bekommen. Per what's app konnten wir jederzeit unsere Fragen stellen. Wir hatten auch einen wunderschönen Whirlpool auf……

Das Frühstück war top, das Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool im alten Gewächshaus – einzigartig! Das Personal ist herzlich und professionell. “Spacious, clean, well appointed apartment with a huge balcony. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Kitchen area was well equipped. Seats at island were too low to be useable. Area in track between 2 glass doors in shower exhibited some black mold. Other than that the apartment was perfect. Could have used some racks for the luggage, but we managed. The wet area of the hotel was very nice. The pool was a great temperature and very clean and refreshing. ……
